SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of purchase, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We ship via USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all US orders of $60 or more.
Domestic Shipping Only We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.
(Remove the PO Box/APO line if you do ship to those — just flagging it as something to confirm.)
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at ivy@thesaltedroots.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
