SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Flat rate standard shipping is $8.95 on all US orders. Every order ships with
tracking, typically arriving 3-7 business days after it leaves us.
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping on all US orders of $50 or more.
Domestic Shipping Only
We ship within the United States, including PO Boxes. We're not able to ship
to APO/FPO addresses or US territories.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at
ivy@thesaltedroots.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
